Battlefield

To be a hopeless romantic is a gift that carries a great burden. The gift is in being able to believe on purpose, without a doubt, & so fearlessly that love can be all consuming, all conquering, and all that we need. On the contrary, the burden so heavily lies in lining up that belief with reality. Thus, the heart wages constant war on the mind.
