Lavender Tounge
We must realize that everything that flows from us, is us. We have to admit that our words have weightiness to them that reaches out to other people. I believe that often times we forget that we speak to be heard. So in speaking, we must be speakers of healing and encouragement, of praise and of thanks. It is when we realize that we are made up of our words and our expressions that we can decide that we want to be beautiful. I believe that if we speak like Queens and we behave like Queens, that we are in fact Queens. On the other-hand, if we talk trash and we give ourselves away like trash, then we are merely that. Don't get me wrong, I love to put on makeup and heels to feel beautiful, but at the end of the day, if I open mouth and allow filth to spread across someone's ears, they certainly won't remember how "my lipgloss was popping" that day. Even in speaking through my pen, my hope is that my words fall from my lips as graciously as I enter a room and that they linger as softly and memorable as modest perfume.
